Reiki Level 1 & 2
This page will guide you through Reiki Level 1 and Level 2 training in a supportive and grounded environment. You’ll learn the foundations of Reiki energy healing, develop hands-on skills, deepen your intuition, and gain the confidence to practice Reiki for yourself and others. Upon completion of each level, students will receive a Reiki certification from a certified
Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher.
Reiki Level 1
Reiki Level 1 is a grounded and beginner-friendly introduction to the practice of Reiki energy healing. This training is designed for those who feel called to begin their healing journey, deepen their self-awareness, or learn how to support themselves and others through energy work. Students will learn the history and foundations of Reiki, chakra and energy awareness, grounding and protection techniques, self-healing practices, Reiki hand positions for working with others, ethical and intentional healing practices, and ways to strengthen intuitive awareness. Students will also receive a Reiki attunement and participate in hands-on practice in a supportive and welcoming environment focused on healing, growth, and personal transformation.

Reiki Level 2
Reiki Level 2 is designed for students who are ready to deepen their Reiki practice, strengthen their intuitive abilities, and expand their understanding of energy healing on a deeper level. In this training, students will learn the Reiki Level 2 symbols and how to work with them for emotional healing, energetic balance, intention setting, and distance healing. This course also explores intuitive development, practitioner confidence, ethical client work, energy scanning, and techniques for supporting emotional and mental well-being through Reiki. Students will receive a Level 2 attunement, hands-on practice, and continued guidance in a supportive and grounded environment focused on healing, growth, and spiritual development.
